Join us for our most coveted Ceremony of the year! Yuletide & Winter Solstice blessings Workshop! We’ll start by discussing the true origins of the Season & Understanding the importance of Abundance thinking in the cold of Winter. We’ll provide journals, Blessing recommendations, Yule Snacks & Beverages. You’ll create & decorate your own Yuletide Blessing to reflect on through the cold winter months. During this process we’ll discuss the concepts of honoring Nature and its cycles aligning our goals with the New Solar Cycle. Setting ourselves up for a Positive Mindset to get through the darker days of winter as we embrace the days getting longer. Understanding the New Year is really The Spring Equinox, the return of life to our green spaces & the awakening of the Northern Hemisphere. Honoring rest, self-care and hibernation. We'll close this practice with a grounding Sound Healing Savasana.
