Join us for an evening of meditation and relaxation after the rush of the holiday season. We will be ringing in the New Year with a focus of celebrating our accomplishments and growth from this past year, and planting the seeds of intention for what we want to achieve in 2026. Participants are encouraged to bring anything that will help them be comfortable during our Sound Bath session such as:
- wear comfortable clothing
- yoga mat/mattress
- pillow
- blanket
- leg bolster
- eye mask
- etc!
