Awakening the Reiki Within You! Training for Beginners and Refresher

• 3 hours self-guided study
• 3 hours in-person workshop + attunement

This training is the first step toward becoming a Reiki practitioner. It provides the foundational knowledge and the energetic alignment necessary to begin working with the Universal Life Force (Ki) for self-healing and for friends and family.

• Date of Training: Sat. April 4th
• Time: 10am-1p.m.
• Focus: Shoden (First Degree) Training

• Preparation before we meet: The Sacred Wisdom (material accessed via the sent link and PDF) will be emailed for virtual study following registration. Participants are expected to have reviewed and have some comprehension of the core teachings in the emailed study guide before we meet in person. This ensures a strong foundation is established before we commence the experiential portion of the training.
• Sensing the Subtle Body: We commence by engaging directly with the Universal Life Force (Ki) itself. We begin with a Grounding and Centering Meditation—a baseline exploration of your intrinsic energy (the Inner Ki Current) and the immediate expansion of your Auric Field surrounding the body.
• The Sacred Initiation (Attunement): Following this foundational work, each person will receive the Reiki I Spiritual Placement (Reiju). This sacred initiation will permanently open a portion of the student's Divine Channel, allowing them to draw upon the Source Frequency of Reiki energy for Level One practice. (The full channel alignment is completed at Level Two.)
• The Healing Hands: With the channel activated, the group will transition toward the practical application of the Reiki healing modality, practicing the sacred exchange of energy for deep well-being and self-mastery.

This important preparation allows for the gentle clearing and balancing of your entire Energy System, promoting a powerful sense of grounding and self-care before we begin the intensive training.

• Focus: Okuden (Second Degree/Inner Teachings) Training

This advanced training builds upon the Level I foundation, significantly increasing your energetic capacity and introducing the sacred tools necessary for professional practice, including distance healing.

• Preparation before we meet: Successful completion and energetic integration of the Shoden (Level One) teachings is required. Participants are expected to have consistently applied the foundational practices and some experience with the self-healing path, preparing for the level of Reiki studies.
• The Sacred Keys (Symbols): We will engage in the study and mastery of the Reiki Sacred Symbols (Kotodama)—the keys used to direct and focus healing energy beyond what we see with our eyes. We will focus on integrating the symbols to amplify Reiki Flow, facilitate Mental/Emotional Harmony, and explore the experience of Reiki Distance Healing.
• The Final Alignment (Attunement): Each person will receive the Reiki II Spiritual Placement (Reiju). The attunement will fully open 100% of the student's Reiki Channel, enabling the complete flow and activating the capacity to use all sacred symbols with focused intent.
• Practical Mastery & Advanced Application: We transition to mastering the skill of using the hand positions with advanced energetic direction, seamlessly integrating the symbols into client work and self-healing. We will practice using the symbols and hands-on techniques for well-being and wholeness.
