AND WE ARE BACK SUPER EXCITED FOR 2025. Hello everyone. Compliments of the Season to all who have visited or still plan on visiting our ✈️ museum. 🥂 🍾.
May 2025 be a fantastic and sucessful year for each and everyone of you.
So as I said" we are back" Yes indeed we are and it all begins on Saturday 11th January. Our first "Open Day" of 2025 and we cannot wait to open our doors for Cape Town. We are open from 9am till 2pm with the last tour to the Big Boys hangar leaving at 1pm.
2025 is going to be a big year for the Friends Of The South African Air Force Museum, Ysterplaat. We have many new exciting projects, restorations, functions, events and hopefully some new aircraft lined up to become part of our museum. Watch this space. Exciting times.
So back to the 11th. It's still school holidays so am certain we are going to start off the year with a "BANG". So please why not pop down on the Saturday and come enjoy our museum. You will be welcomed by our parking attendants who will show you where to park and where to go sign in and be given a quick run down where everything is and what's going to happen while you visit us.
Our famous boerwors rolls and hamburgers will be on sale of course with plenty other snacks, cooldrinks, Shackleton beer, Stettyn wines and our barista coffee. Our memrobilia stand will also have everything on display to buy as well as museum t shirts and caps.
