👥 Open To: All genders & skill levels 8-18 years — from beginners to advanced players

Arrival & Collection

• Please arrive promptly at 15:45PM for registration
• Meeting point ( Hitchin Boys School Sports Centre,Grammar School Walk, Hitchin SG5 1JB)

Consent & Medical Information

• All participants must have a completed consent form, including emergency contact, medical information, and photography/filming permissions, submitted prior to the event.
• Children without a signed consent form will not be able to participate.

Supervision & Safety

• A qualified safeguarding lead and first aid trained staff member will be present throughout the session.
• Coaches will maintain a supervision ratio of at least 1 adult to 10 children.

Emergency Procedures

• In case of any emergency, first aid will be administered, and emergency services will be contacted immediately if required.
• Parents will be informed promptly of any incidents.
