About the Event:🌄 Join us for a thrilling adventure to the summit of Yr Wyddfa/Snowdon!
Take on Wales’ highest mountain via the Llanberis (Tourist) Path for a truly unforgettable experience filled with stunning scenery, camaraderie, and a huge sense of achievement. Whether you’re a seasoned trekker or new to mountain challenges, this is your chance to push yourself and enjoy breathtaking views of Snowdonia National Park.

Date: 1–2 August 2026
Route: Llanberis Path (Tourist Path)
Distance: Approx. 9.5 miles
Summit Height: 3,560 ft
Challenge Level: Moderate to Challenging
🗓️ Day 1 – Trekking Snowdon
Itinerary Highlights:
🥾 Depart from the start venue and join the Llanberis Path
☕ Penceunant Tea House – our first rest stop, a charming 18th-century cottage
🏞️ Halfway House Café – enjoy views as the path becomes steeper and rockier
🚉 Clogwyn Station – take a short rest before tackling the next steep stretch
🪨 Bwlch Glad Standing Stone – the gradient eases as we follow the railway to the top
🏔️ Summit Celebration! Reach Snowdon’s peak (3,560 ft) and take in the incredible views
🥐 Descent & Breakfast: 2–3 hour trek back down followed by a well-earned breakfast
⚠️ Please note: This is a challenging itinerary and may be subject to change based on weather conditions and group pace.

Registration Fee: £45
Cost Options: £45 per month for 6 months OR fundraising target of £270 *Challenge balance due date: 19 June 2026
