youre not scared to be seen, and it's not a visibility wound. Youve taken the classes, even scrolled on TikTok to see what you could do next and it worked for a week or two but you find yourself right back into phases & habits. You thought you unlocked.
You're honestly upset with yourself because you know better. You know you could do so much better. Most times when you think about your younger self. You often feel sad, a bit of disappointment & shame- because you know you're letting them down.

On the bright side you know this isn't the end and you're someone whos down to get to the root. So what if what you needed was something you were putting off this whole times.
What if you needed to be guided back but now this time seen by other people who would hold you hand but also show you what emotional safety looks like. That what you want For yourself isn't impossible.
