Youth Mental Health First Aid Training (Free!)

This FREE training is designed to help adults better understand, identify , and respond to signs of mental health challenges in youth and adolescents.

Through discussion and interaction, participants will learn how to recognize common mental health concerns, respond appropriately during a mental health crisis, and connect youth to supportive resources. Refreshments will be provided. Participants will receive a certificate of completion.

Please note: Participants are REQUIRED to complete 2 hours of self-paced, online pre-work prior to attending the in-person 6-hour training.
