Youth Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid teaches adults to offer the first level of support to other adults who may be facing a mental health or substance use challenge with children and adolescents ages 12-18.
This evidence based training is available world wide and we are lucky enough to have certified trainers right here in our own community.
This training will be offered over two days - Monday June 29th and Tuesday June30th. 4:30pm - 6:30pm both nights and you do need to be present to be certified.
