A non-judgmental space for people who are postpartum to share their feelings, receive validation, learn coping strategies, and bond with other group members on the same journey!
Infants up to one year old welcome!!
Information shared during these groups should be kept confidential - what happens in postpartum support group should stay in the space.
Hosted by a full-spectrum doula (and parent) who is NOT a medical or mental health professional. Support groups are not treatment groups and do not take the place of individual or clinical group therapy or medication management. However, information is available for local professionals in the mental health field.
All postpartum individuals are welcome here. This is an inclusive space that affirms LGBTQIA+ identities, BIPOC experiences, people with disabilities (visible or invisible), and anyone who needs community.
