Youth Health Festival

Join Councilman Jeffery Young Jr. for a Youth Health Festival — a free, fun, and empowering day dedicated to teen health and wellness in Philadelphia’s 5th District. Hosted at the Columbia North YMCA, this event brings together local health providers, youth organizations, and wellness professionals to promote mental, physical, and emotional well-being among teens.

Attendees can enjoy free health screenings (blood pressure, BMI, vision, STI/HIV testing, and mental health evaluations), live nutrition demos, and wellness workshops on yoga, skin and hair care, and stress management. The day will also feature a DJ, talent showcase, games, and giveaways — making health education interactive and exciting.

Healthy snacks will be provided, and giveaways will reward participation in screenings and activities. All youth are welcome — no ID required.
