This class is designed to peak the interest of those want to learn to dive, or hone their skills of diving! It will introduce the skills and knowledge necessary to successfully make entry into the water through various forms of diving, as well as team building, swimming skills and mechanics to be more efficient in the water. It will touch on some in-water skills, dry land practice and skills. There is no certification with this program.
Ages 11-14 years; should have successfully passed Learn to Swim Level 4 or equivalent.
This class meeting in-person everyday Monday –Friday 1:00pm-3:00pm June 15th through June 19th. No cancellations or refunds, or rescheduling of missed classes.
