This is your chance to get out of the office and onto the road with fellow real estate professionals for a day of fun, food, and firsthand looks at some of Colorado Springs' most exciting new home communities.

What to expect:

• A comfortable, guided bus tour to local builder communities around Colorado Springs, including Vantage, American Legend, Challenger, Lokal, and more

• Food and drinks along the way — because touring is hungry work
• Up-close visits with local builders to see their latest floor plans, finishes, and available inventory
• A happy hour to follow up the end of the tour to wrap up the end of the day.
• Great conversation and networking with other agents and brokers in the industry

Whether you're looking to build relationships with builders, scope out new listings for your buyers, or just enjoy a day out with peers, this tour is designed to be equal parts productive and genuinely fun.
