Brian Bohrer is a licensed Colorado Realtor who is passionate about real estate education and specializes in working with investors. He owns and manages several rental properties in Colorado Springs with the goal to acquire enough properties to find financial independence. He and his wife are currently Implementing the Nomad strategy of buying a primary residence every 12 - 18 months with a goal of reaching a total of 10 by 2035. Brian is a life-long learner and is always willing to share his knowledge and experiences with anyone who is looking for guidance or advice.
