This is hosted by Jessica Brightfield who ensures the audience become participants- it's like a Tedx but way more fun and interactive. You will be joined by European influencers on stage. The evening ends with cheese and wine, specially chosen so you can feel oh- so European! Are you in the Mediterranean, right? Today you go to the spa, you go to a Labyrinth and quietly explore, getting lost and taking a meditative moment once you reach the middle in one of the most gorgeous labyrinths in Europe. We take a city tour, to the most inspiring locations we have here. We relax and enjoy one another's company as sistas from a different mista. Elizabeth E. King

E.E. King is an award-winning performer, writer, naturalist, teacher, and painter. She’s performed in comedy and Improv in S.F., L.A, and Mexico and taught at the S.F. School of the Arts.

She’s coached Comedian Maragret Cho who said:

“Elizabeth is the best teacher I ever had,”

She has coaches Sam Rockwell and Aisha Taylor, and Jessica Brightfield for her Tedx talk.

Ray Bradbury calls her stories “marvelously inventive, wildly funny and deeply thought provoking. I cannot recommend them highly enough.”

Her books are Dirk Quigby’s Guide to the Afterlife, Real Conversations with Imaginary Friends, Another Happy Ending, The Truth of Fiction, Electric Detective, Pandora’s Card Game, Day of Stories, and the upcoming Hollywood Portal.

She has been published widely, and won numerous awards and grants in writing, painting and biology.

She’s worked with children in Bosnia, crocodiles in Mexico, frogs in Puerto Rico, egrets in Bali, mushrooms in Montana, archaeologists in Spain, butterflies in South Central Los Angeles and lectured on island evolution and marine biology on cruise ships in the South Pacific and Caribbean.

Luisa Montalvo

Luisa Montalvo was born and raised in South Texas to a mother who led teams of 200 in sales. By age 12 Luisa was speaking to crowds of hundreds with ease and delight. She loves saving animals, giving inspiring speeches and making friends along the way. She was striving to make her mother proud. She is the 1st Hispanic to achieve first place and only 1 of 5 women ever to receive this recognition.

Early life

She attended Pan-American College. She then moved to Austin Texas, where she worked at Abbott laboratories for 25 years before retiring at the age of 53. For the last 8 years Luisa has been busy rescuing, fostering and transporting homeless dogs all over the United States. She has fostered and cared for over 1000 homeless dogs .

Luisa joined Toastmasters International in 1989 for 3 years, then rejoined in 2013.
In 2019, she competed in the international contest against participants from over 143 countries, where she placed 2nd in the world. She competed again in 2024, and placed 1st in the world!
She is currently working on starting a free spay/neuter clinic for homeless dogs. She will be with us that day for coaching and insights. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to connect with the lovable Luisa in an intimate and fun setting.

Jessica Brightfield

Jess has been to 60 countries, lived in 5 continents and have 1000s of clients since 2016 in Europe with some of the world's biggest brands like H&M, AirbNB, Shell, Total Energies, La Caixa, Philips, Pfizer, BB braun, Oracle, SAP etc. She has done a Tedx in 2024 and spoke in 20 countries in 2024. She has taught LinkedIn courses to 100s of professionals, has taught humor to 1000s, and has 5-star ratings on Google Business on How2beyou events company. She founded the Women's Speaking Club. She has taught improvisation for 9 years in Barcelona and abroad, where she has trained adaptability IQ to many companies and done team trainings, taught negotiation, taught effective communication, public speaking, storytelling and networking and trust building to 1000s of people in the last 9 years. She has a BA in Applied linguistics, has an honors post-grad in nonprofit management, and is a therapist in Gestalt Psychotherapy, certified by AETG, Spain. She is a volunteer hospital clown and amateur actress training professionals as a 5x State Champion of Speaking. She has created and led two international conferences and helped plan workshops for many international conferences.
