FLOW YOGA (indoors or rooftop)

Come and do flow yoga classes, in the studio in the heart of Barcelona, outdoors, (if the temperature is higher and warmer than 15ºC we will do them in our private rooftop, otherwise in our indoor shala at Blaumeer Yoga).

I offer a dynamic, fluid practice based on Hatha Yoga - combined with Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga and Release Technique.

The class is in English and/or Spanish depending on the audience.

📍Meeting Point: BLAUMEER (GÒTIC) I will send you the location, once you confirm your attendance.

🙏 All levels. Beginners welcome. Bring your mat (or rent one for 3€) and a warm sweater and socks for the final relaxation.
