YOUR TURN: A Recharge Session for Special Needs Parents

This event is for the parent who knows they should take better care of themselves but always puts it off because someone else needs them more.

During this three-hour recharge, you’ll have a chance to step out of constant responsibility and into a space where you are the one being cared for. You’ll experience deep rest for your body, meaningful connection with parents who truly understand your life, and simple, practical ways to start putting your own needs back on the calendar, without guilt or overwhelm.

You’ll leave feeling calmer, lighter, and reminded that you are not just a caregiver… you are a person who deserves care too.

Please wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in. Shoes must be removed before entering the event room. Consider brining a journal or note book and pen for reflection AND pillow, blanket, or yoga mat for sound healing and other relaxtion activities.
