Together with@Bolton U3A & The Circle of Inspirational Calm we are creating a year-long initiative to boost the health and wellbeing of older people across Bolton. We have created this initiative to add to existing services available in Bolton for older people and to give them the confidence and ways to live their lives better We all felt there was more that we could do as a team to help older people live well and age well in various ways.Here is the link to book on one of our 10 retreat days
