Hi lovely peeps I’m excited to share that I’m launching a brand new face-to-face evening Pilates class:

The Mills Studio, Halliwell
This is a supportive, rehab-informed Pilates class that’s open to men and women of all ages and abilities.
Everyone starts together and progresses together, so if you’re new to Pilates or returning after a break or injury, this is a perfect place to begin.
It’s also ideal if you:
• want to move more confidently
• feel stiff, achy or desk-bound
• run or train and want better strength & stability
• prefer a welcoming, non-intimidating class
