Your First Rental: Build Your Investor Action Plan
About this Event
Your First Rental: Build Your Investor Action Plan
A limited-seat, local workshop for people who want to find and evaluate cash-flowing rental properties with more confidence.
Hosted by Richard Neese with North Alabama Restoration and Rentals, this workshop is for people who are ready to buy their first rental or refine their investing game before making their next move.
You’ll learn from someone with real experience evaluating deals, managing renovation decisions, and operating rental properties in North Alabama. We’ll walk through what makes a rental worth considering, how to look at cash flow, what questions to ask before buying, how to think through repairs and financing, and how to build a simple action plan.
This is not a hype seminar or a casual networking meetup. It is a practical, in-person workshop for people who want to understand how rental investing works in the real world and leave with a clear next step.
Seats are limited to 25 so we can keep the class focused, personal, and hands-on.
