Faith & Leadership: Leading Like Jesus in the Modern World is a pop-up workshop designed for women who want their faith to inform their leadership—without oversimplification or performance. Together, we’ll talk honestly about servant leadership, boundaries, courage, and what it looks like to follow Jesus in today’s workplaces, families, and communities.
This workshop is not a sermon or a leadership lecture. It is a reflective, conversation-centered gathering for women who want to follow Jesus not just in belief but in practice. Rather than focusing on positional authority or performance-based leadership, this experience explores how Jesus modeled presence, humility, courage, and care in complex and often hostile environments.
Participants will:
👉 Explore Jesus’s leadership through a trauma-informed, relational lens
👉 Reflect on servant leadership, boundaries, and moral courage
👉 Examine how faith informs leadership in modern workplaces and communities
👉 Engage in guided discussion with other leaders seeking to lead with integrity and compassion
This pop-up workshop is intentionally small to protect the depth and safety of the space.
Whether you attend in person or virtually, your seat includes guided instruction, meaningful reflection, and a workbook and journal designed to support sustainable leadership beyond the event.
This workshop is for:
🙋♀️ Women in leadership, management, or executive roles
🙋♀️ Business owners and entrepreneurs
🙋♀️ Educators, nonprofit leaders, and ministry leaders
🙋♀️ Mothers and caregivers carrying invisible leadership labor
No titles required, just lived leadership experience.
