Your Big Year On Location Career Readiness Program
A free, two-day career-readiness workshop for youth ages 15–20, held alongside Student Youth Travel Association's Annual Conference, a real industry event, not a classroom simulation.Students spend two days (August 22 & 23) connecting with working professionals, learning career-ready and confidence-building skills, and figuring out what their future could look like, while meeting new friends from across Pittsburgh.

- Ages: 15-20, with some flexibility for slightly younger or older attendees
