You walked into the kitchen and forgot why. You called your grandson by the dog's name. Normal? Warning sign? Everybody's wondering. Nobody's asking. Until now.

No Filter is the monthly conversational series for active adults who are done with boring health lectures. No slides read aloud. No sales pitch. No tiptoeing. Just a room full of sharp people, honest answers, good snacks, and the questions you've been too polite to ask out loud.

This month we're getting into your brain, and Halloween week is the perfect excuse. Dr. Dani Cabral, a physician board-certified in neurology and psychiatry and founder of BrainLove, and Elaine Poker-Yount, CDP, of Successful Aging AZ, will help us sort the normal from the worrying.
