A guided journey inward, beginning with meditation to settle the body, quiet the mind, and connect with your inner landscape. From there, we’ll move into a guided breathwork experience designed to create space for release, clarity, connection, and whatever is ready to move through.

We’ll close with tea and intentional integration—creating space to be still, ground into the body, and let the experience settle before returning to the outside world.
