🐖 BBQ COOK-OFF🐖 12:00-5:00 PM | Ticket includes pork passport to sample and judge BBQ from all participating BBQ cooks. Help us determine who makes the best BBQ!
8 - 12 teams will compete to see who makes the best BBQ around town! Judging is open to the public, with a purchase of a pork passport ticket. Judges will receive one sample from each team of cooks. Tasting is from 12-4PM / Voting from 3-4:30 PM / Winner announced at 5 PM.
Come hungry! Everyone should receive at least 1 pound of delicious BBQ!
Enjoy a cold drink, great BBQ, and live music while you explore what the local vendors have to offer!
Attendees to this event release the event organizer, sponsors, and any associated affiliates from any and all liability. Ticket holders understand consumption of raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase their risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions, and will do so at their own risk. All cooks agree to prepare, cook, store, and serve their product in accordance with North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services standards. By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you acknowledge and accept the release of any liability to the aforementioned parties.
