Young Women Who Lead: 10‑week mentorship program

Young Women Who Lead is a 10‑week mentorship program designed for girls ages 16–19 who are ready to build confidence, leadership skills, resilience, and a powerful sense of purpose (only 6 spotss available)

This program is created to help young women step into their potential, develop real‑world skills, and gain the mindset needed to thrive in school, work, and life.

• Confidence — learning how to speak up, lead, and trust their voice
• Leadership skills — communication, teamwork, decision‑making, and initiative
• Resilience — tools to handle stress, setbacks, and pressure
• Career readiness — exposure to real workplaces, mentors, and professional pathways
• Goal‑setting & planning — learning how to build a future with clarity and direction
• Community — connecting with inspiring women leaders and supportive peers

Each week includes:

• A leadership workshop
• A confidence‑building activity
• A mentor session with an IWB leader
• A real‑life challenge to apply new skills
• A reflection journal to track growth

Topics include:
Self‑confidence, communication, emotional resilience, financial literacy, career exploration, entrepreneurship basics, social impact, and personal branding.

Young women ages 16–19 who are:

• Curious, ambitious, or eager to grow
• Interested in leadership, business, or personal development
• Looking for mentors and real guidance
• Ready to build confidence and step into their future

Today’s young women face pressure, uncertainty, and rapid change. This program gives them the skills, support, and mindset to rise above challenges and become leaders in their communities.
