WTS Toronto Area Chapter: Biidaasige Park Technical Tour Event
About this Event
[Members Only]
On September 29th, learn about this transformative project and discover how thoughtful planning, engineering, and Indigenous-inspired design came together to create a truly unique destination that acknowledges and celebrates the site's cultural significance.
Led by Waterfront Toronto staff who helped envision, plan, and implement Biidaasige Park and the broader Ookwemin Minising project, the tour will provide a unique opportunity to learn from those directly involved in creating the park and the transportation connections that support access to the island.
