This gathering is for young adults who are interested in exploring the path of meditation together. We'll practice meditation and qigong, followed by tea and socializing. No prior experience necessary; you'll receive instruction in these practices and have time for questions and discussion.
This free event is open to anyone who identifies as "young." The focus on age is not meant to be exclusionary, but to promote community and connection amongst people under 40. Join in—and bring a friend!—as we learn, practice, and share our experiences of trying to live with sanity, confidence, and heart.
