Sunrise Yoga Series at the breakwater Milwaukee

A Milwaukee Lakefront Pop-up Yoga class series, begin on the breakwater next to the boat launch at McKinley.

Located between the Roundhouse and Mckinley beach. ◇From Lincoln Memorial Drive 1750 is a big parking lot with several options. You can drive all the way through to the end, you will see a boat launch! FREE Parking along the wall of large rocks along the lakefront next to the entrance of the breakwater.

◇Bring sunglasses, mat, water bottle, layers and a journal. (A few extra mats available if needed).

Sunrise yoga series is inspired by the best time of year for outdoor yoga! Spectacular fall views of the sunrise over the lake's horizon.

Tuesday 10/1 @6:45 am

◇6:30 am for those that need more time. Join in at anytime, preferably before the sun peaks out of the water.

Goal to challenge ourselves, bring a journal, start your day with a new frame of mind.

Weather Permitting 🌞Filling out a short Yoga Waiver before arriving is recommended.
