Young Adult Support Group Series: Ages 18-30.
Are you looking for a way to process your feelings about losing someone significant in your family? Join us for a limited, weekly series that can help you manage feelings related to losing a loved one.
HEALTHY COPING SKILLS
The STARS Young Adult Group Series meets once every week for 6-weeks. Our groups offer activities and educational resources about grief and healthy coping skills. This group is open to young adults ages 18-30, who have experienced a death of someone significant. Caregivers, kids and teens are divided into groups, based on age. During each weekly session, the group comes together to share a meal and talk about their experiences.
