You Lucky Dog Cookie Class Sat., March 1~ 10 am at the Commissary in Graham

Welcome to our You Lucky Dog Cookie Decorating Class! Join us for a fun morning of delicious fun where you can unleash your creativity and decorate these fun lucky dog themed cookies. This in-person event will take place on Sat. March 1st, 2025 at 10:00 aM at The Commissary by Charlie Mike in downtown Graham.

No experience is necessary - our talented instructor, April, will guide you through the process step by step. All materials will be provided, so just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to create some edible works of art! Whether you're a seasoned baker or just looking for a fun morining out, this class is perfect for anyone looking to have some fun creating delicious treats. Don't miss out on this sweet opportunity to make your own unique treats and enjoy a fun time with friends. Please note we cannot accommodate spectators, every seat requires a ticket!

We will be taking photos to share and promote this and future events, we'd love it if you do the same.

A FUN time! We love decorating cookies and we love sharing that with YOU even more!

We'll set everything up for you, and provide the icing & tools you need. You just show up on time and ready to learn! We will decorate the cookie set with you and share all of our tricks & tips along the way.

This class is designed to be fun for beginners and more experienced decorators alike. We suggest no one under the age of 12 however so that we are able to keep the class moving and stay on task with our timeline. All attendees do require a ticket, we cannot accommodate spectators.

COME HUNGRY and/or THIRSTY - our fabulous host boasts an every changing but scrumptious menu. They also have a large selection of beverages (their own delicious Puerto Rican coffees are simply delicious) including their own coffee concoctions, as well as myriad other options too. Be sure to come early to grab a bite before class or feel free to order during class if you desire. They are sure to have something to delight your palate and quench your thirst! I personally love the cinnamon rolls, handpies and savory bites! AHH and their coffee, well you simply must try it, it is very unique! Come early and grab breakfast or grab something yummy to take home to support our host and their mission!

Soooooo .... what do you need to bring to have a good time decorating? Well – nothing’s required – but here’s the things we recommend if you’d like to elevate your experience!

• Bring an apron! Things can get messy when you’re creating with royal icing – so grab an apron (AND if it’s cute – I’ll definitely be asking where you got it).
• Bring your glasses! If your eyesight is anything like mine, you'll need them for the finer details.
• Bring your phone! I love it when students take pictures throughout class – so bring a phone!
• Bring a good attitude! Cookies are fun, but they can also be challenging! A good attitude makes all the difference.
• REMEMBER, it's JUST a cookie! This is going to be a fun time, no pressure, no stress! And if you REALLY don't like your design, you can just eat the cookie! The #1 rule is to HAVE FUN!
