You Are Not Alone is a welcoming peer support group for any military family member, including spouses, children, parents, and siblings, who has experienced the death of a loved one. This group is open to anyone mourning a loss, regardless of the cause or circumstances.
What to Expect:
Get out of the house, have a cup of coffee, and make friends with people who truly understand what you are going through.
Share your story and build lasting connections in a completely judgment-free environment.
The group is facilitated by a former nurse and hospice volunteer who understands this journey, having lost her own husband of 30 years.
When: The 3rd Tuesday of every month
Time: 1:00pm-2:00pm
