You Are Not Alone: Community Walk & Resource Event

Join us on Saturday, August 29th from 9:00 AM to approximately 12:00 PM at Camp Jack in Harrison, AR for a community-wide mental health awareness and suicide prevention event! The morning will begin with a walk around Lake Harrison followed by a return to Camp Jack for a Talk Saves Lives presentation by American Foundation for Suicide Prevention speaker Kionti Taylor. This presentation will cover the warning signs of suicide, intervention strategies, and ways to support those in need. Attendees will also have the opportunity to connect with local resource agencies, including therapy providers, recovery organizations, and nonprofits. Free refreshments will be available, and the event is open to anyone looking to learn, connect, or support mental health awareness in the community!
