FREE ADMISSION. This unique outdoor event that began in 1995 is held in beautiful Harrison, Arkansas. The Festival will kick off on Friday evening at the Anstaff Soccer Complex! There will be a FREE concert, balloons tethered to the ground for the exciting Balloon Glow, and Vendors. The event will continue on Saturday morning, with more Balloon Race Competitions. The evening events will continue at the Anstaff Soccer Complex, where balloons are tethered to the ground for the exciting Balloon Glow and tethered rides on Saturday night. In conjunction with the tethered balloons, there will be food and fun for the entire family. The event will conclude Sunday morning with Balloon Race Competitions for all to enjoy. Come experience the “Hot Air Balloon Adventure” with us!
