This journey is designed to help you embrace your uniqueness and recognise that you are enough just as you are. Through guided breathwork, you'll release the burden of comparison, self-doubt, and societal expectations that can weigh you down. Instead, you'll connect deeply with your innate gifts, strengths, and authentic self.
This practice is a powerful reminder that your worth is inherent, and you don't need to prove or change anything to be deserving of love, success or fulfilment. You are whole, complete and perfectly enough in your own unique way.
What is 9D Breathwork?
9D Breathwork is a combination of breathwork, hypnosis, & a range of different vibrations, sounds and frequencies designed to access the subconscious mind, release trapped emotions and traumas, & helps to rewire the brain.
Participants are provided with a set of 9D headsets, which are worn throughout the session to provide a completely immersive experience.
Contraindications:
If you have any of the following it is not possible to attend this group sessions. Contact your facilitator for a private session so they can modify the experience accordingly.
Pregnancy, Cardiovascular Issues, Chronic Respiratory Conditions, Recent Surgery, Heavy Duty Medication
