Join us in person and renew your exercise. Our private group social is a self-care, mind- body experience. All levels are welcome. Limited space is available.

Info: Settle in & prep your space. Lobby amenities: cubbies, lockers, restrooms, showers.

Info: Our 75-minute self-care session combines vinyasa flow with yin influenced restorative holds. Props will be available and a eucalyptus infused cool towel will be offered at the end of class. Bring a yoga mat, water, sweat towel and optional sticky socks. Bare feet is encouraged. Studio will be heated approximately to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.

Info: Yogi Social opens in the Lobby at 9:00 pm. Enjoy replenishing hydration with juice shots and connect with friends. In the Studio, take needed time to stretch and be still. Schedule Private Sessions with Yonder Yoga teacher Angel Jones and progress your practice.
