Join Lauren! Registered Yoga Teacher, 200hr & Licensed Therapist

For a relaxing start to Self-care Saturday We'll begin with deep breathing to reset our nervous system, moving into a short, but powerful Meditation to give our busy mind some rest, and flowing to beginner friendly Yoga. Bring your girls, spouse, colleagues, or kids 6 yrs or older (all kids are free). Don't forget you're favorite beverage cup.

Need a mat? I got you! Add on a Mat rentals for$2 when you register for the class

The Park is located in the beautiful and walkable San Marco area. Parking is limited at the actual park, but there is plenty of parking near the park. There will be a Yoga in the Park sign.
