Are you ready to dive deep into the restorative, transformative power of yoga nidrā? Join my 50-hour Yoganidra Teacher Training, accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals. This is rooted in my unique master’s-level research into sleep, meditation, and ancient yogic traditions.
What Makes My Yoganidrā Training Special:
• This has been formed out of extensive dissertation research on the role of sleep in yoga and meditation traditions of South Asia, it is not just the modern “relaxation” version of yoganidrā but it certainly includes that!
• We explore the deep historical roots of yoganidrā, tracing back over 2,500 years of history of influence.
• It includes a strong foundation in yoga philosophy, energetics, and neuroscience - so you will really understand what you’re guiding people into.
• This course is designed to help you teach with confidence, safety, and authenticity, in a supportive and inclusive environment.

• Psychotherapists, hypnotherapists, or anyone working in a therapeutic or 1-to-1 client space

Course Format:
• 4 × 6-hour interactive modules (in-person in Brighton or via Zoom)
• 4 × 1–1.5 hour Zoom sessions (practice + Q&As)
• Access to a weekly live yoganidrā class with me included
• Homework + study over a 2-month integration period
• A dedicated online community space for shared learning & peer support
