We’re bringing the festive calm before the festive chaos.

Join us at Evolve Stockton for a cosy, grounding morning designed to help you unwind, regulate, and connect, the perfect reset before December gets too much.

We’ll move through a gentle yoga flow to stretch out tension, soften your nervous system, and bring you back into your body after a long week.
Then stay for matcha, coffee, and meaningful conversation with the girls, because connection is part of the practice too.

A 1-hour gentle yoga practice followed by optional matcha and girl talk at a local café (there’s no need to bring a mat).

✨ After purchasing your ticket, you’ll receive an email with a link to join the group chat so you can connect and stay updated before the event.
All levels are welcome. Just come as you are... tired, stressed, excited, festive, whatever.
