This workshop offers a wonderful opportunity to practice Yoga and embrace the beauty of Autumn. It’s a time to reflect on the season’s abundance, our personal harvest, and set intentions for the Autumn and Winter months.
10:00 - Enjoy welcome drinks and an introduction to the day, focusing on Autumn’s bounty and a touch of Yoga Philosophy.
10:15-12:30 - Engage in Yoga practice and Yoga Nidra.
12:30-13:30 - During lunch Mo will discuss the Eight Limbs of Yoga
14:00-15:00 - Take a mindful Autumn walk around the serene Insole Gardens.

A vegetarian lunch will be provided.
