Join us for a calming, restorative afternoon of stillness, breath, gentle movement, and heart-opening cacao.
This healing sanctuary is designed to help you slow down, soften, and come home to yourself. Guided by Lianne, Tom and Dave, you’ll be gently led through a powerful yet peaceful experience that combines therapeutic breathwork, calming meditation, subtle somatic practices, and the grounding ritual of ceremonial cacao.
What to Expect:
A welcoming, peaceful space to rest and reset
A guided cacao ceremony to open the heart and calm the nervous system
Breathwork and meditative movement to support emotional release and clarity
A deep still point meditation to reconnect with your inner wisdom
Optional journaling or reflection in a circle of kind souls
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, tired, or simply curious this space is for you. It’s a moment to pause, reconnect, and remember who you are beneath the noise.
What you Need to Bring:
A yoga mat
Water bottle
A blanket to stay cosy
*We do have spare blankets and a few yoga mats if you forget to bring anything on the day.
