Have you ever wanted to practice Yoga in the exquisite gardens at Parkwood?
BEGINNING SUNDAY, JUNE 9TH:
Join Taylor one Sunday each month this summer from 11am-12pm (check listings for exact dates) for a gentle slow flow yoga practice in the Sunken Tennis Court gardens at Parkwood. Together you will practice Vinyasa style of yoga but slowed waaay down, allowing you to intentionally connect to your mind, body & breath.
Each month you will gather together setting a specific intention and allowing the mind to truly take a seat within the body. This class is welcome to all levels of yogis from beginners to advanced. Each practice will have options for pose modifications - allowing you to truly find your ideal posture while keeping safety in mind.

WHAT TO BRING:
If you wish to bring yoga props with you for practice you may do so, however please note that props are not necessary for your practices unless it is your preference. Guests are invited to show up, set up and get comfortable 10 minutes before practice and class will begin promptly at 11am.
