We all want to feel calmer, more at ease and more secure in our everyday lives.Often it feels like we're living through so much chaos, intensity and heaviness, which ends up stored in the emotional body causing us to feel weighed down.
Throughout this 6 week surrender series, we will move through heavier emotions like fear, guilt, and shame using different healing practices, yin yoga and visualization, so you can feel clearer, lighter and easeful.

- WHEN: Tuesdays from 8:15-9:15pm
- WHERE: Unheated Room
- INVESTMENT: $120+hst (works out to $20+ per session)
- Yearly & Staff discount applies. Please sign up in studio!
- WHAT TO BRING: yoga mat, water, journal & pen
- WHAT TO WEAR: something comfortable that you can move in, layers are best
- Limited space, please pre-register!
NOTE: There are no refunds on workshops or series. 48 hours notice must be given to receive a credit.
