Yoga Workshop!!!Give your Mother the gift of wellness and relaxation! This is the perfect gift and opportunity to spend quality time with Mom for Mother's Day!
Juliana will be leading us in a Yoga and Mobility workshop. She is a Ayurveda Health Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, Wellness Coach, Essential Oil Specialist.
This will be the first of many to come monthly!
This Ayurveda/Aroma-Yoga class is a 60-minute session of yoga mobility, aromatherapy with pure holistic essential oils, calming breathwork, and a guided mindfulness meditation. Our intention is to promote harmony, balance, and wellbeing. This group class is suitable for everyone, regardless of your prior experience.
**Please bring your yoga mat and water. Space is limited. $20 per adult/ $5 per child**
These are community events right in your backyard for everyone!!
It does not matter your skill level. We make modifications and provide instruction.
This a fun way to enjoy the morning with movement and get to know your neighbors!!
**Money collected from Fiton5th Events will be going to a PITYFitness Scholarship Program for kids in the community that wish to play organized sports but may not have the financial means. At PITYFitness we believe all kids should have the opportunity to play sports and enjoy fitness and not have to worry about the financial obligation. Donations will also be accepted. Thank you for your support!
