YMCA Yoga, Reservoir District Summer Wellness Series

Come join us for a fun and energizing yoga session as part of the Reservoir District Summer Wellness Series.

The series is curated by Whitney Stringer PR & Wellness Events and offers a variety of free health and wellness sessions led by local fitness experts and studios.

This Yoga session will be led by YMCA of Metropolitian Washington. Expect to focus on proper breathing, strength, balance and flexibility while enjoying the beautiful Reservoir Park.

All fitness levels are welcome. Please bring a mat and water.
