Welcome to Yoga with Friends! Join us for a rejuvenating yoga session lead by Daniel Balmer.
No experience necessary - all levels are welcome! Expect a moderate pace with focused breathe throughout. Let's flow, breathe, and relax together. See you on the mat!
Donations to cover the cost of the space are welcome day of. Please bring your own mat and props if you have them; limited mats/props available.
Please arrive before 5:30 as we will need to lock the door at start time!
Enter through the door facing Spruce St and we will meet in the main room through the entrance to the left.
