Every First, Second, and Fourth Tuesday of the month at 3 p.m. (unless otherwise noted).
Join us at the Farmville Library for a free beginner Yoga Class! Class exercises can be performed seated in a chair and/or standing. Please wear comfortable clothes suitable for exercise and bring an old neck tie or yoga strap. This class is taught by local instructor, Eleanor Kent, who is an E-RYT 200 Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor with over 26 years of experience.
