Yoga with Chelsey Debbs//Soul Disco Yoga

Join us for a yoga class led by yoga and sound healing practitioner Chelsey Debbs. This yoga session is open to all levels and will provide an outlet for self-expression in a safe and relaxing space. Class will take place outside in front of Altered States Wellness Vintage Park. There will be a $15 class fee which may used as a credit toward a service or membership at Altered States Wellness.

Meet Chelsey:

Chelsey Debbs is a yoga teacher and the force behind Soul Disco yoga. She is devoted to intuitive, embodiment-centered practices and believes nervous system regulation is foundational to every area of life. Her work centers on creating safe, grounded environments where people can soften, reconnect with themselves, and move from a place of self-trust rather than force.

Soul Disco Yoga is rooted in one simple, powerful message: CELEBRATE YOUR SOUL. This is not disco-themed yoga. The disco is inside you — it shines through your joy, your aliveness, and your authenticity. Soul Disco was created as a space to move, feel, and be exactly as you are, without pressure, comparison, or expectation. The heart of the practice is what participants leave with: I AM ENOUGH. No performance. No fixing. No striving. Just deeply felt, personal journeys that create space for relief, joy, pride, and ease to emerge naturally from within.
