This elevated yoga experiences is a fitness-forward series that blends high-intensity movement with mindful flow to build strength, stability, and endurance—one muscle group at a time, each class is led by acclaimed yoga instructors from Obsidian Flow Yoga Studio.

From core activation to lower-body power and upper-body strength, each session is designed to sculpt and energize, leaving you feeling empowered, aligned, and stronger—on and off the mat.

After the class, enjoy light refreshments, bubbles, and socialize in the garden.
