This is a great time of year to focus on you, and your health and wellness.
Yoga is a practice that connects the mind, body and spirit through techniques such as posture, breathing, and meditations. Yoga can improve your flexibility, strength and mental health.
Yoga is beneficial for your overall well-being, join us on
on Tuesday evenings at 6:15 and begin or continue your yoga journey.
Cara's Our goal is to inspire confidence and growth in our students so they can feel healthy, active, and happy.
Cara always finishes class with her reiki supported savasana which offers time for your body to rest while receiving healing light energy in support of your practice and intention.
Book all 3 classes in Oct for 45.00 or drop in for 18.00
